To find your correct size, place your foot flat on the floor with your heel against a wall. Put a sheet of paper underneath and mark the tip of your longest toe.

Measure the distance from the wall to the mark — this is your foot length.

Then, check the size guide on the product page and choose the size that corresponds to your foot measurement, making sure the shoe length is at least 0.5 cm longer than your foot to allow natural movement and proper toe space.

Pre-order items are handcrafted in Portugal. The estimated manufacturing time is around 60 days.

However, if production has already started, the estimated time to receive your product may be shorter. In that case, the specific estimated delivery timeframe will be indicated on the product page.

Shipping starts once production is completed, and you’ll receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse.

You can request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days after receiving your order, regardless of the purchase date.

For pre-order items, the return period starts once the product has been delivered.

If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may modify or cancel your order at no cost. Once the order has been dispatched, it will need to be handled according to our exchange and return policy.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return and exchange costs depend on the shipping destination.

Orders within Spain and Portugal are shipped with Correos Express, and European orders with UPS.
