What is a pre-order and how does it work?
Pre-order products can be purchased before production begins. During the pre-order period, we organise manufacturing so your order can be delivered as soon as possible once production is completed.
Each pair of shoes is handcrafted in Portugal, with an estimated manufacturing time of around 60 days. Shipping starts once production is finished, and you will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse.
You can modify or cancel your pre-order at no cost as long as it has not been shipped. Once delivered, exchanges and returns can be requested within 15 calendar days.

Delivery time depends on two factors:
Preparation time (especially for pre-order or reservation items, indicated on the product page).
Shipping time, once the order has been dispatched:
- Spain & Portugal: 1–2 business days
- Balearic Islands: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 2–4 business days

Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible and the order will need to be handled according to our exchange and return policy.

- Spain and Portugal: free shipping on orders over €100, otherwise €5.50.
- Europe: €5.90 shipping on orders over €100, otherwise €9.90.

You can request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order, regardless of the purchase date.
For pre-order or reservation items, the period starts once the product has been delivered.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Exchange and return costs depend on the shipping destination.

We ship orders using Correos Express for deliveries within Spain and Portugal, and UPS for shipments across Europe.

Yes, we ship to the Balearic Islands via Balearic Express, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days once the order has been dispatched.

At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla for logistical reasons.

Place your foot flat on the floor with your heel touching a wall. Put a sheet of paper underneath your foot and mark the tip of your longest toe.
Then, measure the distance from the wall to the mark — this is the length of your foot.
When choosing your size, make sure to select a shoe that is at least 0.5 cm longer than your foot measurement to allow proper toe space and natural movement.
Can I use your shoes with my custom orthotics?

Yes, all of our shoes include removable insoles or are designed without an insole, allowing you to easily use your custom orthotics.

Yes, a gradual transition is recommended.
Start with short wearing periods and progressively increase usage to allow your feet and muscles to adapt.
Our feet are designed to move naturally, but if you have any medical conditions or foot issues, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before making the switch.

Absolutely. Our shoes are designed for daily wear, combining comfort, durability, and a natural feel while respecting the natural anatomy of the foot.
However, if this is your first time wearing barefoot shoes, we strongly recommend making a gradual transition. Start by wearing them for short periods and progressively increase usage to allow your feet and muscles to adapt naturally.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.
