Preparation Time

Products sold under a reservation or pre-order model may have a longer preparation time than in-stock products.
The estimated shipping date will always be clearly indicated on each product page.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times, once the order has been dispatched, are as follows:

• Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
• Balearic Islands Express: 2 to 3 business days
• International Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Spain and Portugal

Free shipping is available for orders over €100.
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be displayed during checkout depending on the destination:

• Express Shipping: €5.50
• Balearic Islands Express: €6.50
  
  

The carrier for shipments within Spain and Portugal is Correos Express.

Canary Islands

Due to logistical reasons, we currently do not ship to the Canary Islands. We hope to enable this service soon.

Europe

We offer international shipping with UPS to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Shipping Rates for Europe

• Orders over €100: €5.90
