1. Identification of the Owner and General Information
These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.etter.store (hereinafter, the Website), owned by ETTER ORIGIN S.L. (hereinafter, ETTER), with Tax ID B22536163 and registered office at C/ de Muntaner, 187 bis, Local Izquierdo, 08036 Barcelona (Spain), as well as the services and products offered by ETTER on its Website.
ETTER offers this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the Website or using the services or applications of the Website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Access to the Website does not require user registration. However, in order to purchase any of the services offered by ETTER, user registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required prior to completing payment.
Through the Website, ETTER offers users footwear, socks, accessories, and footwear cleaning and care products, ideal for walking with ETTER.
These Terms and Conditions of ETTER described below define the rights and obligations of ETTER and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the fact that specific services may be subject to particular conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the Website, and they replace any other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing between ETTER and the User.
2. User Data
In order to purchase the products offered through the Website, the User must register via the registration form available on the Website.
The User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to their computer and access credentials in order to prevent unauthorized use.
If the User has reason to believe that their data has been disclosed to a third party, or has been used in an unauthorized manner, or is susceptible to such use, they must immediately notify ETTER.
The User must verify that their data is accurate and complete and inform ETTER of any changes and/or modifications to the information provided during the purchase process.
3. Orders and Conditions of Sale
The services and products offered through ETTER’s Website are intended for purchase by Users of ETTER brand products.
In order to place an order with ETTER, the User must be at least 18 years of age.
From the Website www.etter.store, ETTER ships orders worldwide.
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide certain information prior to contracting, via the purchase form, which will be necessary to process the purchase order.
4. Price, Payment Method and Discount Codes
Once the form data has been completed, the User must proceed to payment of the order using the payment methods specified on the Website.
After payment has been completed, the User will receive an order confirmation email, which will include a summary of the purchased items, the selected shipping method, and the delivery address.
If, at the time of payment, an incident occurs that prevents payment from being processed, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and the order will not be processed until the payment process has been successfully completed.
Service prices may be expressed in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), including taxes and handling and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order. The price may also be displayed in the User’s local currency through third-party applications and technology.
All prices shown are final prices and expressly include Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to the fact that the User will at all times have access to a detailed breakdown of the product price. In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded at the time of payment.
ETTER may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by ETTER for each code, and in any case, Users may only use one discount code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.
5. Information on ETTER Products and Services
The data included on the Website in each product and service description, including photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos, as well as trade names, brands, or distinctive signs of any kind, are for informational purposes only. Therefore, ETTER disclaims any liability for errors appearing in such information, although it undertakes to take all reasonable measures to correct such errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal
The conditions relating to returns, exchanges, and the right of withdrawal are set out in our Terms of Service.
7. Use of the Website

ETTER reserves the right to deny access to the Website or even cancel orders placed by Users who misuse content and/or breach any of the conditions set out in this document.
8. Intellectual or Industrial Property
The intellectual property rights of the website www.etter.store, its source code, design, navigation structures, and the various elements contained therein are owned by ETTER, which holds the exclusive right to exploit them in any form, particularly the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation, in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.
ETTER informs that it does not grant any express or implied license or authorization over intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other rights or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included on the Website. The total or partial reproduction of the contents of the Website, even by means of a hyperlink, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of ETTER. Unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to the legally established liabilities.

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.

ETTER reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as its privacy policy and any other information. The entry into force of modifications to the Terms and Conditions shall take place from the moment of their publication on this Website.
12. Campaign Personalization
The User is subject to a random campaign, and therefore the shipping terms applicable to each order may vary randomly. The User’s personal data will not be taken into account as a variable when determining the specific conditions of each order.
13. Notifications
All communications between ETTER and the User relating to the contracting of orders through the Website shall be made in writing and in accordance with the communication procedures established in these Terms and Conditions for each specific case.
14. Language
ETTER may translate these Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy, or any other operational rule, policy, or procedure that may be published on the Website. The Spanish version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
15. Ethical Policy on Suppliers
As a reputable and reliable company, committed to the objective of providing high-quality products to its customers, ETTER recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers act ethically. We expect our suppliers to regularly provide an environment that protects employees’ health and safety, as well as their basic human rights. All suppliers must comply with their national employment laws and regulations, particularly with regard to the following:

ETTER will never knowingly source supplies from countries that fail to comply with the principles mentioned above. We also expect our suppliers to pass these principles on in their dealings with their own suppliers. Due to the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers’ supply chains, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of every individual involved in the production of our products. However, as ETTER continues to grow, it recognizes the importance of acting proactively and doing everything possible to defend the rights of the people involved in the manufacture of its products.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s place of residence.
Likewise, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer matters, ETTER informs that, in the event of a dispute, Users resident in the European Union may access the “Online Dispute Resolution Platform” developed by the European Commission, in order to attempt to resolve disputes arising from the provision of services by ETTER out of court.
