Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges

Exchanges from Spain and Portugal have a cost of €5.50. Exchanges from Europe have a cost of €9.90. Click here to request an exchange. You can exchange for a different size or another model as long as it is in stock. We will send you the exchange instructions and the label by email.

Returns

The cost of a return from Spain or Portugal is €5.50. Returns from Europe have a cost of €9.90. Click here to return a product. You only need your order number and email address to do so. The return cost will be deducted from your refund.

Time limit for exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns must be requested within 15 calendar days after the customer receives the order, regardless of the purchase date. Likewise, in the case of orders placed as reservations or pre-orders, the period will start from the moment the customer receives the product.

Product condition

To make an exchange or return, products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories, the original box, and original packaging. Products with stained soles, stains, or scratched leather will not be accepted.

Specifications

For orders outside the European Union or Special Zones, the customer will be responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
