1. Identification of the Owner and General Information

These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.etter.store (hereinafter, the Website), owned by ETTER ORIGIN S.L. (hereinafter, ETTER), with Tax ID B22536163 and registered office at C/ de Muntaner, 187 bis, Local Izquierdo, Eixample, 08036 Barcelona, Spain, as well as the services and products offered by ETTER through its Website.

ETTER offers this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Website or using its services or applications, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Access to the Website does not require user registration. However, in order to purchase any of the services offered by ETTER, user registration and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will be required prior to completing payment.

Through the Website, ETTER offers users footwear, socks, accessories, shoe cleaning and care products, and other items ideal for walking with ETTER.

These Terms and Conditions of ETTER described below define the rights and obligations of ETTER and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the existence of specific conditions for certain services) and to the purchase of orders through the Website, and they replace any other conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing between ETTER and the User.

2. User Data

In order to purchase the products offered through the Website, the User must register via the registration form available on the Website.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to their computer and access credentials in order to prevent unauthorized use.

If the User has reason to believe that their data has been disclosed to a third party, used in an unauthorized manner, or may be subject to such use, they must immediately notify ETTER.

The User must ensure that their data is accurate and complete and inform ETTER of any changes and/or modifications to the information provided during the purchase process.

3. Orders and Conditions of Sale

The services and products offered through ETTER’s Website are intended for purchase by Users of ETTER brand products.

In order to place an order with ETTER, the User must be at least 18 years of age.

From the Website www.etter.store, ETTER ships orders worldwide.

To place an order through the Website, the User must provide certain information prior to contracting, via the purchase form, which is necessary to process the order.

4. Price, Payment Methods and Discount Codes

Once the form data has been completed, the User must proceed to payment using the payment methods specified on the Website.

After payment has been completed, the User will receive an order confirmation email, including a summary of the purchased items, the selected shipping method, and the delivery address.

If an incident occurs at the time of payment that prevents the transaction from being completed, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and the order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

If the User selects delivery to a service point, they must indicate the desired pickup location after completing the order. If no location is selected, the system will automatically assign the closest pickup point to the User’s address. If the selected pickup point is unavailable at the time of shipment, the nearest available location will be assigned.

Prices may be displayed in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), including taxes and handling and shipping costs, which will be indicated at the time of final order confirmation. Prices may also be displayed in the User’s local currency through third-party applications and technologies.

All prices shown are final prices and expressly include Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to the User’s right to receive a detailed breakdown of the product price. In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded at checkout.

ETTER may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by ETTER for each code, and Users may only use one discount code per order.

Discount codes are not compatible with certain promotional campaigns and collections.

5. Information on ETTER Products and Services

The information provided on the Website in product and service descriptions, photographs, graphic or iconographic representations, videos, trade names, brands, or distinctive signs is for informational purposes only. ETTER disclaims any liability for errors in such information, although it undertakes to take all reasonable measures to correct any errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If the User is not satisfied with the products received, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, the User has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order or, if preferred, any individual product from the order, without penalty and without providing any reason.

The User must bear the direct cost of returning the products to ETTER, whether returning the full order or only part of it.

ETTER will inform the User of the procedure for returning the order to its offices or warehouses.

ETTER is not responsible for the courier company chosen by the User for the return. ETTER recommends that the User request proof of delivery from the courier once the product has been delivered to ETTER’s facilities.

All return shipping costs will be borne by the User.

Returned products must be unused and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. If the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may be depreciated or that ETTER may refuse the return.

If the product box is received damaged due to the lack of external packaging, a penalty of €5 will be applied.

For hygiene reasons, socks, toe spacers, massage balls, cosmetics, and shoe care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the case of insoles, returns are only accepted if they remain in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

Once ETTER receives the returned order and verifies that it is in good condition, ETTER will proceed with the refund.

If the User returns all or part of an order, ETTER will refund the amount paid for the products, excluding original shipping costs and any customs duties or tariffs.

ETTER may offer, as an alternative to a refund, the shipment of a replacement product or the issuance of a promotional code for future purchases.

Refund processing times depend on the payment method used:

• Credit/debit card: up to 14 calendar days
• PayPal: 24–48 business hours
  
  

In any case, ETTER will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the User communicates their decision to withdraw.

After the legal withdrawal period has expired, any product issues will be handled in accordance with the legal warranty of conformity established by applicable consumer legislation.

7. Product Exchange Policy

If the User wishes to exchange a product, they have 14 days from receipt of the order to request the exchange.

The User is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Products must be unused and in perfect condition. Otherwise, ETTER may refuse the exchange or apply a depreciation.

Once ETTER receives the product and verifies its condition, the replacement product will be shipped.

If the requested product is out of stock, the User may choose between a refund or a different model.

The replacement shipment will be made within an estimated period of 5 to 7 business days, at no additional cost to the User.

8. Use of the Website

Use of the Website for fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful purposes is not permitted.

The User undertakes to make lawful, diligent, and honest use of the Website. ETTER reserves the right to deny access to the Website or cancel orders in the event of non-compliance.

9. Intellectual or Industrial Property

All intellectual property rights of the Website www.etter.store, including its design, source code, and contents, are the exclusive property of ETTER.

Total or partial reproduction without the express written consent of ETTER is strictly prohibited.

10. Hyperlinks

ETTER assumes no responsibility for the content or services of third-party websites linked from the Website.

11. Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

12. Modifications

ETTER reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall enter into force upon publication on the Website.

13. Campaign Personalization

The User may be subject to random campaigns. Personal data will not be used as a determining factor for such campaigns.

14. Notifications

All communications between ETTER and the User will be made in writing in accordance with the procedures established in these Terms and Conditions.

15. Language

ETTER may translate these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

16. Ethical Policy on Suppliers

ETTER requires its suppliers to comply with ethical, labor, and human rights standards in accordance with applicable legislation.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s place of residence.
