Pre-order product conditions

How does pre-order work?

Products marked as pre-order can be purchased before production begins. During the pre-order period, we organise manufacturing so you can receive your order as soon as possible. This system allows us to produce responsibly, avoiding overproduction while maintaining our quality standards.

Manufacturing and shipping times

Each pair of shoes is handcrafted in Portugal using high-quality materials. The estimated manufacturing time is approximately 60 days.

However, if production has already started, the estimated time to receive your product may be shorter. In such cases, the updated estimated delivery timeframe will be indicated on the product page.

Shipping will begin once production has been completed.

You will be notified by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Exchanges and returns

You may exchange or return your product within 15 calendar days after receiving it.
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may modify or cancel your pre-order at no cost.
